Many of us have spent so many years juggling caring for family with our other commitments that we don’t know how to look after ourselves. Some aren’t working as much and have more time now, for a walk, a yoga class, or lunch with a friend. The question is, are we on the couch watching the Hallmark Channel or taking time for the activities and habits that keep us healthy?
